Too much fun!

We are having too much fun working on these Lucy Boston blocks. Everyday there seems to be someone new coming in with a different colour way or layout! This is one of Shirley's gorgeous blocks. Have a close look at the fussy cut centre.

I have had lots and lots of requests for another Lucy class - Sue has agreed to host another stitching day on Saturday 1st March. If you are interested please let me know by calling the shop on (Melb) 03 9807 3399 and put your name on the list.

I have been working on my project bag again this week. The front is finished and the back is all decided, just have to attach the selvedge strip to the pocket. How do you like Sue's bag in the background? The squares are very beautiful too!

Keep stitching,

  1. Your project case is divine. I loved the clamshells, but the selvedge back is gorgeous. You will have to keep a tight hold on that bag I think.

  6. Hi, Karen. I just discovered your blog. I think it was via Temecula Quilt Co. blog and Pinterest. Sometimes I start surfing and, in the end, can't remember what got me started. lol I now have you added to my list of blogs in Feedly so I won't miss out. I'm fascinated by the project bag you're decorating. I'd like to know where you purchased the bag and where I might get access to it. Is it made especially to add your own embellishments, etc? I love those clam shells and they are especially cute on the bag. I've just started doing some English PP with Temecula Quilt Co. with her Fussy Cut Fridays 6-pointed star. Can't wait to read more on your blog. Thanks, Karen.
